Daytona Testing - 30/07/2007 Stefan and Liam were both getting back in to driving with a practice day at Daytona MK. Having not raced properly for a whole year it was a relief for both drivers to be in a kart again. Using scrubbed, year old tyres, Liam managed a 01:00.896 lap time in his Senior Rotax. It was a great start to the evening when the team qualified on pole position during practice for the 100 minute race, The disappointment being that there were only 7 teams in the race, with only one other of these being professional drivers. 4 of these teams dropped out before the end of the race, leaving just 3 teams including Liam, Stef and Rob in the LC Motorsport team.

The end result LC Motorsport finished in 2nd place, but being disqualified as Liam is a staff member, then being allowed 3rd on the podium as there were only 3 teams! A wasted race but there's always next time!
